Facilities Management enables the Client to outsource all non-core responsibilities to a specialist Facilities Management Team who organise, plan, control and supply a complete range of support services, leaving the Client free to concentrate on main core business.

The Facilities Management contract allows the Client total flexibility whilst retaining management control of service strategy and policy, whether they are in-house or contracted out services.

The management of non-core responsibilities for any building is complex and normally inflexible and NBS offer all of their facilities services as a complete package or as a stand alone basis. Each and every contract can be packaged to suit individual Client needs.
